Terms and Conditions
Last updated: March 30, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the dynm.link service (“Service”), operated by Fishball App (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
dynm.link is a link management platform that allows users to create short URLs (“microlinks”) of various types — including redirects, bio pages, markdown pages, file downloads, and text snippets — and manage them from a single dashboard.
We offer different tiers of access:
- Anonymous use: Create a microlink without an account. These links expire after 30 days and cannot be recovered.
- Free tier: Register for a personal subdomain and manage up to 25 microlinks.
- Pro tier: Paid subscription with additional features including custom domains, analytics, password protection, and more.
- Business tier: Paid subscription with API access, webhooks, and team collaboration.
2. Account Registration
To access registered features, you must provide a valid email address or sign in through a supported third-party provider (Google or GitHub). You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
This is a core part of these Terms. You must not use the Service to create, host, or distribute links or content that:
- Phishing or fraud: Deceives users into revealing personal information, credentials, or financial details.
- Malware: Distributes viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious software.
- Spam: Sends bulk unsolicited links or uses the Service for mass messaging campaigns.
- Illegal content: Links to or hosts content that is illegal in the United Kingdom or the jurisdiction of the user, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), controlled substances, and content that incites violence.
- Link cloaking for deception: Hides the true destination of a link to mislead users or circumvent content filters.
- Impersonation: Creates microlinks, bio pages, or subdomains that impersonate another person, brand, or organisation without authorisation.
- Copyright or trademark infringement: Hosts or links to content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Harassment or abuse: Targets, threatens, or harasses individuals.
- Scams: Promotes pyramid schemes, fraudulent investment schemes, or deceptive offers.
We reserve the right to:
- Disable any microlink immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe it violates this policy.
- Scan or inspect destination URLs for abuse detection purposes.
- Cooperate with law enforcement when required by law or when we believe a serious violation has occurred.
- Terminate accounts that repeatedly or egregiously violate this policy.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service, including bio page content, page markdown, uploaded files, and text snippets.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, display, transmit, and cache your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. This licence ends when you delete your content or your account.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and the URLs you link to. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any user content or third-party destinations.
5. Third-Party Content and Links
The Service redirects users to URLs controlled by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party website or service reached through a dynm.link microlink.
Clicking a shortened link may direct you to content we have no control over. Use caution and your own judgement when following shortened URLs.
6. Subdomains, URLs, and Availability
6.1 Subdomains
When you register an account, you receive a subdomain (e.g. yourname.dynm.link). Subdomains are provided on a non-exclusive, revocable basis. We reserve the right to reclaim, reassign, or retire any subdomain at any time, including but not limited to cases where:
- The subdomain infringes a trademark or is confusingly similar to a brand, product, or public figure.
- The subdomain is being used to impersonate another person or organisation.
- The subdomain is needed for operational purposes (e.g. reserved system names).
- The associated account violates these Terms.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before reclaiming a subdomain, except where immediate action is required to prevent harm or abuse.
6.2 Microlink URLs
You do not own the URLs generated by the Service. All microlink URLs (including custom slugs) are provided on a non-exclusive, revocable basis. We reserve the right to disable, reassign, or remove any microlink URL at any time for abuse, legal compliance, trademark claims, or operational reasons.
6.3 Link Lifecycle
- Anonymous links expire after 30 days and are permanently deleted.
- Registered user links persist according to the expiry settings chosen by the user, or indefinitely if no expiry is set.
- Links on terminated accounts are deleted along with the account.
- Links on custom domains cease to function if the user’s subscription lapses or the domain is removed.
We do not guarantee the perpetual availability of any microlink, subdomain, or URL.
7. Custom Domains
Pro and Business tier users may connect custom domains to the Service. You are responsible for:
- Owning or having authorisation to use the domain.
- Maintaining correct DNS configuration.
- Renewing the domain with your registrar.
We are not responsible for domain expiry, DNS misconfiguration, or any issues arising from your domain management. If your subscription ends, links served from your custom domain will cease to function.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to:
- Recurring billing at the chosen interval until you cancel.
- Providing accurate and current payment information.
- Price changes being communicated at least 30 days in advance.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@dynm.link.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment remains unsuccessful, your account may be downgraded to the free tier. Links exceeding the free tier limits will not be deleted immediately but will become inaccessible until you resubscribe or reduce your usage.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Fishball App and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
10. DMCA and Copyright Takedowns
If you believe content hosted on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@dynm.link with:
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The dynm.link URL where the infringing content is located.
- Your contact information.
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised agent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Accuracy or reliability of any content served through the Service.
- Fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your content or the destinations you link to.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Termination
By you: You may delete your account at any time through the Service. This permanently removes your account, all microlinks, uploaded files, analytics data, and associated content.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, or for any reason with 30 days’ notice.
Effect of termination: Upon termination, all your microlinks will cease to function and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
We maintain a version history of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
